“Take Your Best Shot” photo contest.
Entries were displayed and winners were announced.
1st Place … Peter Brown with an image of a Mourning cloak butterfly, he received a $150.00 gift certificate from Johnson’s Hardware.
2nd place …. Lea Leady with an image of Barn swallows nesting, she received a $75.00 gift certificate from Johnson’s Hardware.
3rd Place… Cara Sileo with an image of a cow moose, she received a $50.00 gift certificate from Johnson’s Hardware.
Honorable Mention 1st…. Stacey Hunter with an image of an immature Bald eagle, she won a Moosehorn Refuge t-shirt.
Honorable mention 2nd……. Hailey Bell with an image of a sandpiper, she won a backpack.
It was noted that this years contest rule change of only 2 images per contestant made the job of judging and hanging more manageable.
